At the end of the coaching :

• you have obtained a better understanding of yourself and a self-confidence and esteem

• you have succeeded in identifying and removing your blocking points that prevent or would have prevented you from achieving your goals and obtain a well-being

• you will know now how to make choices aligned with your core values and convictions to live a fulfilling life. 😌

After an primary discussion to know your needs, we can start your coaching :

►  1 coaching session : about 1 hour

► Each session can be a face-to-face coaching or a distance coaching (video call)

► Every coaching session is a confidential talk between you and me during which we discuss your current situation and your desired future situation

► You will be working on introspective exercices with me to know you better, question yourself in order to find your own path to your fulfillment.
